May 4th At Night-Foxes And A Skunk

That skunk kept putting his tail up to the foxes but he never sprayed them. There were three adult foxes out on this night but I could only catch two in the photos. They keep moving around too much.

Hi Ginny :) I have just enjoyed catching up with a whole week's worth of your lovely posts.

I loved the photos of the fox looking for you at your windows and also the dear little White-throated Sparrow, so pretty!

Lovely too to see the Blue Jay and the 'curious' little squirrel. I agree with every word of what you said about tree felling and habitat. Is it not illegal to chop trees down there during the nesting season? It is here!

The mother squirrel sure does work hard to protect her babies, she could put a few humans to shame I think!

Lovely to see the squirrel family playing and exploring on the tree trunk and nice to hear your voice again too :)

I don't think I will ever get used to your Skunks, they always make me laugh ;)

I hope you have a great Mother's Day Ginny. We had ours (although it is officially called Mothering Sunday) on April 3rd, it is always the fourth Sunday in Lent.

Ginny, I forgot to say, if anyone's photos deserve to be in a magazine it is YOURS!

Nice of that skunk not to spray, it can take a while to clear the air if your windows are open.Lovely share!

The skunks do spray enough around here. My neighbors are always telling me. They think it's my fault..Ha! Ha! I am used to that smell now. But at times it can get too strong and my apartment will smell like skunk for a couple days. And my windows weren't even open!! I sometimes will open the window to scold them though...and they act like little kids and still come running over to talk to me.
