November 16, 2013-Photos From October-2013

Winter is fast approaching, but for now we are having some pretty days. It's 58 degrees and sunny here today, on 11/16/13. I don't get back to this blog as often as I'd like, and get way behind on posting photos. I'll try to catch up with some from October. Hope you all have a nice holiday season.

October 13, 2013-A Few Photos From September-2013

Fall is well on it's way here. The leaves are falling fast. We are at peak or past now. Here's some photos from September and October. I won't be seeing many animals any more. I quit feeding them all. It was easy to do because the squirrels all disappeared right after a huge storm back in August. Wasn't seeing any foxes or deer either, so it was time to quit. It's very lonely outside my window now. I only see a few rats and chipmunks. The chipmunks will be going to their dens soon, then it will just be the rats. Then I'm going to try and trap them. Enjoy the fall weather. It will soon be snow. I know some of you have already had snow!
This little chippy is eating a piece of pizza crust I threw out for him. Notice he has a regular tail. In later photos in October, his tail will be gone..
One of the fox pups, who always came by. made himself right to home.
 Same pup.

 Black Capped Chickadee
One of the moms. Never did see the fawns much this summer. It's been weird around here this year.
This sun flower was growing wildly on top of the rock wall.
First bunny I'd seen in a long time. I saw her for a couple days and then no more.
 Same bunny
The gray fox pup. This might have been the last day i ever saw it. He never came by any more either.
Pretty Chipmunk, enjoying the sunny weather.
This is the mom and her fawn. The fawn has grown up a lot and no spots now. I'm adding the before and after photos of it.
I hadn't seen it in a long time. So cute!

Wildlife Photos from Aug 12th-31st-2013

I saw four pups on this day and have never seen them again. I was just lucky to have gotten this photo of them that day.
