Last May Photos-2011-Juvenile Birds

Juvenile Grackle. It's wings look lopsided but it flies okay. I think that is just how they look. I tried to get the mother feeding it but she flew away too fast.

There a scaffold outside my window at the moment because they are replacing the upstairs window. saw this big wasp or hornet snooping around the wood on it. I sure wouldn't want to get stung by that thing!

A squirrel running up the tree to get away from the fox.

Juvenile Starlings and their parents are all over the place now and what a noise they make! I will have to put up with them for another month or two then they seem to go elsewhere. I can't wait. Ha!

This mother had a lot of kids following her around. It was hard for her to keep up with feeding them all. Birds sure work hard when they have young ones. I do like watching them even though they are so noisy. It's early in the morning that I can't stand the noise.

those starlings used to hang out at the dog dish when I had outsides dogs. One piece of food would be the prize to fight over and the bowl was always full.

You have to laugh at the Starlings, they are such hooligans :) Love the photo of mum feeding the babies!

Glad the Squirrel managed to outwit the Fox :)

I like the picture of the mother bird feeding the young one.

That wasp may be looking for a place to build a new home.
