Woodchuck And Skunks Video-Aug. 4th 2010

I like watching Woody eat...

I think these two are siblings and recognize each other this way. It's cute.

I love watching the young ones with their moms also.

August 4, 2010-Woodchuck-Older Skunk

This young woodchuck is still shy and takes off when I open the window. He comes back faster now though because he can't resist the nuts.

The squirrels are getting more comfortable around this woodchuck. They used to run from them.

This old skunk sure looks like she might be going to have babies. Just what I need. More skunks!! Yikes..Ha!

August 1st And 2nd Collages

A mommy skunk with two of her kits. One kit stayed up on the top and didn't come down around the rock wall with the rest of them. Hope they met up later when they went home.

Lots of photos of the fox family of course.. I love watching them as they romp around up on the back hill. I can see them a lot better now that the grass is all mowed. The pups are getting so big. They are beautiful animals. I don't like to see October come around because that's when they can be trapped and shot.

I laughed when I saw them playing like this..Ha!

This pup is so beautiful. His tail is so pretty the way it hangs down almost to the ground. The Grandmother's tail hangs that way and she is so pretty.

Can't believe we are into August already. Time goes too fast. My fox pups are getting so big now but still playing as always. I love it when the parents play with them and run all over the place. I've been getting some good video of them all playing on the back hill. I can see them better since they mowed that hill down last week.

Last Of July Photos-2010

The young woodchuck. He's getting more used to me now and stays in that hole at the top of the rock wall a lot. but goes into the woods to his permanent hole at night.. I haven't seen his sibling around, nor his mother lately.

The moon in early morning, still up in the sky. A young Grackle. A BlueJay and a House Sparrow with it's young one. And a Chipmunk.

A couple of the foxes on the back hill.

The Gray Fox Pups Playing-All Four Of Them!!-Video

I have finally seen all four of the pups together again so I know they are still alive and well. I was worried for quite a while because I only saw three. So was happy to see all four on this day. They are growing fast. But still so cute to watch.

July 25, 2010-The Fox Family-Other Critters

The whole gang of foxes early in the morning. Just wish I could see up over that wall better.

One of the pips chewing on something and watching the birds. And one of the pups from behind. Gray foxes have that stripe running down their tails.

Another one of the pups. He was digging in the grass for bugs or something before he headed back in the bushes.

The young Woodchuck. He has to get a lot fatter before winter. His mama is huge.

This chipmunk is still getting around good with his broken foot. The skunk seems to be looking up at that squirrel and saying, "come on down", I won't spray you"..Ha!

This Crow was squawking a lot.
