Everything budded out too early here because of the warm weather all last week. The temperature was close to 80 for a few days. Now it's below freezing at night and I worry that it might ruin the new leaves. You can see the Lilac bush all sprouted way too soon. And little baby leaves are already on the trees.
I see a mother squirrel going into this enst every evening so there are probably little ones in there. I'm going to keep my eye on it. Maybe I'll see babies like I did last year.
This was the moon with venus and Jupiter on the 26th. More photos below. They look much better with the naked eye. My camera can't capture them very well.
This was the moon and the sky on the 27th.

Your night sky photos are fascinating Ginny and I have just caught up with all your lovely creatures. The Red Squirrel is very pretty and I love the Chipmunks. You are right, the Mourning Dove does look like the eyes are painted on :-)
We have beautiful, sunny and warm weather here at the moment, such a treat. Hugs!
You keep reminding me to look for these three "balls" in the sky tonight.
have a nice day.
Thank you Jean, Peter and Jan. I was lucky to have a clear sky. Now it's raining again.
