A Few Squirrels And Birds From January 27, 2012

A European Starling, Female Cardinal, Male Cardinal and a Mourning Dove.

The squirrel on the bottom is the one with thin fur. She's doing good. She's lucky that we've had a mild winter.

Squirrels are always so much fun to see. The birds are good too, especially this time of year. I have plenty of starlings around here, but they never come close enough for good pictures.

A nice selection again. The starling has a number of variations to its song.Looking at a storm moving in here and making it winter again.I was in shirt sleeves the past few days.

I love to feed the squirrels in the winter - they get Skippy peanut butter on white bread - most times they just go and dig a hole and keep it for later - but it's entertaining for the westies to run and bark while the squirrels do their thing ...

All the best - Katie
