September 9th And 10th Critters-Hawk Too!

This Cooper's Hawk was flying down and through the bushes trying to catch a small bird. Not sure if he caught one but he did chase a young BlueJay out of my sight.

The chipmunks were scared and one ran up the tree. The leaves are changing fast.

A young BlueJay and some House sparrows and a Dove.

Cardinals

A female adult Gray Fox. She and her mate look thin or else their fur is changing for the winter.

This is the male Gray Fox

A hawk was looking for a meal in your zoo!!!!

If it has learned, it may come back.

Ha! Ha! There's plenty of "meat" here too Rainfield. got lots of those little sparrows around here.
Joan. That's the first time I've been able to get any good pictures of that little hawk. He's usually so fast I never catch him. They are beautiful birds. Thanks for stopping by and leaving comments!!
