This is the first baby chipmunk I've seen so far. I don't think there will be many because of that weasel hanging around. I haven't seen the weasel but I know he's out there somewhere.
These little guys don't know enough to run away from danger yet. Especially when they first leave their mothers. I did see the mother chase him back to the safety of the rock wall though.
These two looked as if they were ready to mate. Maybe they are just mates. Never see too many together like that.
Baby Squirrels on their own now.

Hope that naughty Weasel leaves the Chipmunks alone.
I have a chipmunk nesting near where i like to sit in the shade at a local trail.Yesterday it came with nesting materials in its mouth
Baby chipmunks and baby squirrels are something I only get to see from very far away, so your pictures are fun to see.
