This was after dark on the 11th when the deer were wandering back but I couldn't get any better photos. You can see one wandering into the woods way back on the hill and then this one looking at me.
And this is the one with the bashed up nose. He was the only one that came around last night during daylight. I'm pretty sure he's the same one from last fall with the hurt nose and the Burdock on his butt. His tail is still stuck to his butt and he can never move it. I always felt so sorry for him. He's always been a loner and would often come down by himself last fall.
I wonder if he keeps scratching that nose area and that is what keeps it a raw wound. Sure am glad he didn't get infected and die from it.

I think he would have gotten the burdock off. They are coming back to entertain you and you are seeing some similarities in faces.
It is coming back to its mom for food.
