May 1, 2010-Fox And Baby Squirrel-Critters

Saw my first baby squirrel yesterday, the 1st. Saw two today but didn't catch a photo of the other one. I missed a great shot of the mom going up to the baby. I was busy and didn't have my camera handy. Darn it. I very seldom see the moms interacting with the young after they are on their own.

April 30, 2010 Collages-Cardinal-Fox

I am going to try and number the foxes and see how many different ones are really out there every night. Some are easy to identify and some are not because they look so much alike. I have been trying to keep the same fox in each collage as I go along. Can't believe it's May already! We are having temps in the 80's today! (May 1st) Might rain later this evening though. Hope you all have a great weekend!

April 29th 2010-One Of The Pretty Gray Fox

I love watching the foxes again. This one is real pretty. In one of the photos you can see the nut on his tongue as he was getting ready to chew it. Such pretty colors when the sun shines on them just before sunset.

The collages show a few different foxes that I haven't seen since before winter. They are starting to come down before dark a lot now.
This fox is real healthy. He was taking the doggie treats and dropping them up in the bushes to get them later or take them back to the den for his mate.
